The Neurodivergent Nervous System Reset Toolkit includes seven self-guided tools designed for moments of overwhelm, sensory overload, shutdown, restlessness, reduced capacity, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Instead of assuming that one calming strategy works for everyone, the toolkit helps you explore your current state and choose support based on your body, energy, sensory needs, and available capacity.

Inside, you’ll find tools to help you:

Identify your likely nervous system state
Build a personalized reset routine
Explore sensory supports
Check your physical, mental, emotional, sensory, social, and decision-making capacity
Find regulation options that do not rely on breathwork
Create a low-demand shutdown support plan
Build a reusable personal regulation map

There is no required order, no pressure to complete every tool, and no expectation that regulation must look like perfect calm. You can start anywhere, skip anything that does not fit, and return whenever you need support.

Includes:

7 interactive tools
Instant digital access
Lifetime personal access
No account or subscription required
Neurodivergent-affirming, flexible support
